The new STEM for All Multiplex aggregates all videos submitted to video showcases and lets you to search and filter videos from all years. Create playlists based on your interests, favorites, or those from your institution, and share these playlists with colleagues or friends though email, Twitter, and Facebook. New comments can be posted to these presentations.
The Multiplex is hosting a Theme of the Month series beginning with the January theme, Broadening Participation in STEM Through Community Engagement. Read the introductory blog, view a playlist of 10 video presentations that address this topic, participate in an interactive webinar panel on January 13th, at 1:30 PM EST, and join an online discussion about this theme.
Register to attend the upcoming webinar panel, moderated by Megan Bang, Senior Vice President at the Spencer Foundation and Professor of the Learning Sciences and Psychology at Northwestern University. The 4 panelists, each associated with one of the videos in the curated playlist, are Bobby Wilson, Liz Díaz-Vázquez, Carrie Tzou, and C. Brandon Ogbunu.
Also, save the Dates for the 2020 STEM for All Video Showcase, which will take place from Tuesday, May 5th to Tuesday May 12th. The title of his year’s event is “Learning from Research and Practice”. Registration to present a video will begin on January 14th and will end on February 10th.
