In this expertise exchange we will:

• Examine what we mean by equity, access, and diversity in Cyberlearning
• Explore possibilities for cultivating a critically relational orientation to ourselves as professionals, communities we work with, STEM disciplines, and the tools and practices therein
• Discuss the role and importance of intellectual humility in achieving expansive and personally meaningful forms of STEM participation
• Examine and reflect on these understandings and their implications for educational equity through whole and sub-group reflection and discussion.
